Being a small business, I've found books and talking to other business owners to be great sources for learning. Recently I've been particularly buried in reading (and listening) material especially in the area of 'sales' psychology. A couple of current favourites:

SPIN Selling (http://snipurl.com/SPIN_Selling) by Neil Rackham has been particularly enlightening. So much so that I've listened to the three CD version (http://snipurl.com/SPIN_Selling_CD) several times already and have gone on to buy the SPIN Selling Fieldbook (http://snipurl.com/SPIN_Selling_FB)!

The Definitive Guide to Google AdWords (http://snipurl.com/def_guide_adwords) - A very detailed and methodical guide to mastering Google AdWords (those little adverts you see on the top and right-hand side of a Google search results page). If you've used Google AdWords before then you probably did what the majority of people have done before you and spent money with very little return. The beauty of AdWords is that you get feedback on your advertising campaigns faster than with any other advertising medium, but it also means you can burn money very quickly too if you don't know what you're doing. To keep this brief (I'm putting an article on AdWords together that will cover more detail), the author of the ebook also offers a free 5-day email course so you can find out more if you're interested.
