In case you didn't catch it on the Business Bricks website, Matt recently wrote about the Ten rules for web startups (http://www.businessbricks.co.uk/2005/11/29/ten-rules-for-web-startups/). In it is a link to the source of his commentary and it makes a good read. I think #1 Be Narrow and #2 Be Different are probably the most significant for web startups.
