This is being rolled out across the country. there are currently over 400 exchanges offering this service, with more to follow. To see if you are eligible just email the following details.
'phone number, postcode and town/city you live in.
The only criteria are;
you should be on a residential line,
your usual monthly spend on bills is under £100.00
and you have a connection to a conventional 'BT-type line', i.e not cable.
There is a one-off £30.00 connection fee for new customers, but that is not up-front and then for £19.99 per month you can have broadband, 'phone calls and line rental.
